The Drop includes a ring to attach it to the neck ribbon. The best way to install it is to twist the ring at the break, slightly to the side. Slip the ring through the hole at the top of the drop, then twist the ring back into position.

We have had some problems with the two parts of the drop separating. If that happens with yours, a small drop of "Super Glue" works well to put it back together (note the orientation when glueing it back together).
